atv99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and atv99 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the atv99 website at atv99.org and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, crash games, and payment processing. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use the atv99 platform.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of atv99 is restricted. To register an account and use the platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. atv99 operates a strict 21+ policy. Players who are under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering or using the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of atv99 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of atv99 or any affiliated company.
• You must have only one active account on atv99. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the real-money features of atv99 you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. atv99 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to require additional documentation to confirm your identity, age, or payment method.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. atv99 will not ask for your password via any channel. If someone claiming to be atv99 support requests your password, treat it as fraudulent.
• You must notify atv99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. atv99 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• atv99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all sessions and offers optional two-factor authentication. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
• Account information, including your registered mobile number, must remain accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification before they take effect.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

atv99 may require players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identification document (national ID card or passport) and proof of address. Players who do not complete KYC within a reasonable time period specified by atv99 may have their withdrawal request placed on hold until the verification is complete. atv99 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that has not been verified as belonging to the account holder.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

atv99 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion fee charged by atv99. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions made through the atv99 cashier.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. atv99 does not charge a deposit processing fee, but your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges according to their terms.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. atv99 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Third-party deposits will be returned to the originating account and the player account may be subject to review.
• Deposits made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to the player's atv99 balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) may take up to one business day to be credited.
• atv99 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made using a compromised payment method, or made in connection with any suspected money laundering activity.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. atv99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within one to three hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, atv99 may require the player to complete KYC verification and to verify that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawals from bonus funds may be subject to rollover conditions set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• atv99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account compromise, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. During an investigation atv99 may freeze the account balance until the matter is resolved.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

atv99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. atv99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from a player if the player is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitute a breach of these Terms.
• atv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will apply to bonuses not yet claimed at the time the change takes effect.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. atv99 may set maximum withdrawal limits on winnings generated from bonus play; such limits will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

By participating in any game or placing any bet on atv99, you acknowledge that the outcome of all casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and that the outcome of all sports betting markets is determined by real-world sporting events. atv99 does not guarantee any particular outcome and does not offer guaranteed winnings.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. atv99 will not cancel or void a confirmed bet except in cases of a manifest technical error or where the relevant sporting event is officially cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules.
• A player's account balance must be sufficient to cover the full value of a bet before it can be placed. atv99 does not extend credit to players. Bets will be rejected if the account balance is insufficient.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical disruption during gameplay, all affected round outcomes are void. Any bets placed during a confirmed technical error will be returned to the player's account balance. atv99's decision on matters related to game malfunctions is final.
• atv99 reserves the right to restrict, limit, or close the account of any player who it determines to be exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform, using software-assisted betting strategies, or engaging in any other conduct that atv99 deems in bad faith.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the atv99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Creating more than one account on atv99, including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or using a proxy or VPN to circumvent registration restrictions.
• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, macro, or automated tool to interact with the atv99 platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the atv99 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing account access or pooling funds, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, intimidates, or threatens atv99 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

7. Responsible Gaming

atv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. atv99 strongly encourages all players to use these tools and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the session limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out and will not be able to log back in until a defined rest period has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years. 8. Account Suspension and Termination

atv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Where atv99 reasonably believes the player has breached any provision of these Terms, provided false information during registration, or is using the platform in a manner inconsistent with the Terms.
• Where atv99 is required to do so by law, court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where the player voluntarily requests account closure. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atv99 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the atv99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if atv99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

atv99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure outages may result in temporary unavailability. atv99 will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the atv99 platform — including but not limited to the atv99 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the property of atv99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the atv99 platform without the express written permission of atv99. Unauthorized use of atv99 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

atv99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, atv99 will notify players by posting a notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number or email address. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the atv99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
